We have been having plenty of afternoon/evening rain here on the East Coast of Florida. I don't particularly like the rain, but it does cool off the temperature considerably.
Here I am working on my summer tan. Don't worry - I have sunscreen on (SPF 30 baby!).
These ibis birds usually pop up in droves after a rainstorm. Mommy counted at least 20 of them in our backyard.
I am sure there are mighty fine insects that float up to the surface after the rain. Me? I prefer dead lizards and worms.
