This is actually one rock on a good day (by good day I mean not too many starfish gathered in one spot)
Awww, aren't they pretty. And they come in such cool colors . . . NOT! They are slimy and they are everywhere!
I swear, one of them almost jumped off the rock to attack the camera. Mommy says I have a vivid imagination; I will let you guys decide for yourselves . . .

You know, I don't think I've ever really seen a LIVE starfish...I always just saw the dead, bleached ones and thought "How pretty." Now, I'm beginning to change my mind...are they as slimy as they look? Kinda reminds me of squid. Frances, I can't believe you tried to eat one!

hmmmm I think I like the dried up Star Fish I see at the stores, The alive ones look creepy!
My year old Shih Tzu has just eaten a large portion of a dried out old star fish that 'was' a decorator item. Will she be okay? Love her, not the starfish.
