At the Beach

Hi all! Yours truly here, back again and now bladder-infection free! Wow, that stuff really takes a toll on you. In celebration of me being nursed back to health (Mommy says I am being over dramatic, that I just had a bladder infection and not brain surgery. Hmmph, what does she know!?!), we went to the beach last weekend. There were tons of dogs there, playing frisbee and jumping into the water.

I was quite embarrassed to still be led around by my leash in front of all the other dogs; Mommy said that she was afraid I would run away or bother those families having picnics on the beach. Come on -- a little begging for food never hurt anyone . . .

Begg'n for food is what we do best!

Mom keeps me on a leash for the same reason - I love the food!

Sounds like a great time Frances. Glad to hear you are bladder infection free! Don't feel too bad Mom makes me walk around on a leash in public too.

Haha I won't let Gus and Indy off leash unless I know the area is picnic free.
So glad you are feeling better!

Frances, with that face of yours, you wouldn't even have to beg, people would just give you food. (They wouldn't give your mom any, and that's why she didn't want you to "beg")

Hope you get to the beach more often, and glad your peeing problem is gone.

Glad you are all better! The beach is a fun place but it is best if you stay on leash. You never know what is lurking around the corner!

Wonderful to hear that you're healed up and good to go...and GREAT to see you out and about! How do you like the beaches of Florida compared to Alaska??
