Lazy Weekend

Well, after not having seen the sun in one week, it finally was a glorious Sat-Sun. Here in the Wild Alaskan Mountain Pug household, we took it easy and did minor jobs around the house while enjoying the time off. After having company over for most of the week, all I did was rest my weary body.

It started Saturday morning with me attempting to wring out a few more minutes of sleeping-in time on my almost decapitated and destuffed bunny

Mommy made me go outside to enjoy the sun. She caught me lying around . . .

Sunday morning finds me snuggling in Mommy's arms

This was my position most of Sunday. After all, I needed to catch up on my beauty sleep!

Frances,

Of course you needed to catch up on your beauty sleep after such a busy week! We find visitors very fun but very tiring too. It's a good thing you have so many places to nap but really a puggie needs that.

It's hard work being a pug Frances. Indy has spent the better half of last week doing extra napping too!!

And what was wrong with any of that? Honestly, we do everything humans want and when we want 10 minutes of peace, do we get it? NO! It's not too much to ask, don't you think?

The retaining wall goes into the ground on one side, so if Indy goes up the hill, she can get up there (I have a picture of Misfit on it) and the other side is stairs that go up to the level she is on, her pool is off to her right on a cement patio. :)
